Role description
Provide deep technical engineering expertise to internal resources and customers from product specification, design, installation, replacement/repair, and problem resolution resulting in best-in-class customer experience within assigned Industry Segment(s). The person will be dedicated to the task full time (100%).

- Required – Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Related Fields.
- Required – Minimum 3 years’ experience in Engineering and B2B industrial applications.
- Required – Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Required – Proficiency in English both written and verbal.
- Required – Experience in IT systems (CRM, SAP, ERP, MS Office, etc.).
- Preferred – Operation experience (manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, etc.).
- Preferred – Prioritization, organization, and time management skills.
