Role description

As a Customer Care Advisor, you will be a key player in elevating our reputation and nurturing strong, loyal customer relationships. Your dedication to helping customers find the right solutions quickly and accurately will make a significant impact on their satisfaction and our success.

Key responsibilites

  • Communicate effectively with customers, receiving inbound calls from potential & existing customers.
  • Build instant rapport and establish strong relationships with customers to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Produce quotes and orders using the SAP system efficiently and accurately in line with current CCT expectations.
  • Follow up on any queries and ensure timely resolution.
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth transition of customer orders.
  • Keep up to date with the company’s product and service offerings.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell our products and services.
  • Acknowledge & process customer complaints in line with current CCT expectations.

What we look for

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • An eye for quality and consistency with a customer minded approach is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience working in with SAP or other CRM system desirable but not essential.
  • Willingness to work towards KPIs as an individual and part of a team.
