Role description

You combine technical expertise with a customer-focused approach. As the central point of contact between Customer Care, Application Engineering, and Sales, you’ll support our customers from their initial inquiry through to the successful delivery of their customized conveyor belt solution. In doing so, you’ll develop tailor-made solutions and ensure first-class service.

Key responsibilites

  • Our customers value our high quality - and you play a key role in ensuring it. You’ll create customized quotes, coordinate the timely fulfillment of customer-specific orders, handle complaints professionally, and work closely with our sales team.
  • You will build and maintain trusting relationships with customers over the phone and via email. In addition, you will enter and maintain customer master data in SAP, thereby ensuring a transparent and reliable database.
  • You will independently calculate belt designs, define manufacturing steps, and coordinate complex technical requirements in close collaboration with our application engineering team.

What we look for

  • You have completed a business apprenticeship or hold a comparable qualification and have already gained professional experience in a technical environment. Alternatively, you have completed a technical degree and would like to apply your expertise in an active customer service role. What matters most to us is that you enjoy working with our customers to develop technical solutions.
  • You are confident and experienced in using standard MS Office applications. Ideally, you already have some experience with SAP and/or a product configurator.
  • You enjoy working as part of a team, communicate openly, and treat customers and colleagues with empathy and a commitment to service. Excellent German skills and good English skills round out your profile.
