OVERVIEW: Promote, retain and grow sales by providing innovative solutions, services, and products to a dedicated portfolio of existing and potential customers within assigned Industry Segment(s). Create a superior customer experience, and long-term trusted relationships and ensure full dedication by putting customer needs first. The person will be dedicated to the task full time (100%).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively promote, retain and grow sales across a dedicated portfolio of existing and potential customers within assigned Industry Segment(s)
- Collaborate and support Application Engineers, Customer Care and Portfolio & Technology Development in identifying innovative solutions fulfilling the technical and application-related specifications regarding the sustainable total cost of ownership (STCO)
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand critical customer applications and engineering challenges to enhance customers’ processes through education, problem-solving, and sound recommendations
- Leverage all available systems (CRM, ERP, etc.) as a key sales development tool to capture, track and manage customer relationships, commercial activities, and problem resolution
- Maintain knowledge of internal products, services, and updates and stay informed about competing products and services • Work with Operations (fabrication & assembly) to identify and resolve any customer-related challenges and/or sales opportunities

- Required - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Related Fields
- Required – Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B industrial sales
- Required - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Required - Proficiency in English both written and verbal.
- Required – Experience in IT systems (CRM, SAP, ERP, MS Office, etc.)
- Preferred – Knowledge of consultative selling techniques
- Preferred – Prioritization, organization, and time management skills
- Preferred – Knowledge of industrial applications (textile, food, etc.)
