Role description

As a Customer Care Advisor, you will be a key player in elevating our reputation and nurturing strong, loyal customer relationships. Your dedication to helping customers find the right solutions quickly and accurately will make a significant impact on their satisfaction and our success.

Key responsibilites

Communicate effectively with customers, receiving inbound calls from potential & existing customers.
Build instant rapport and establish strong relationships with customers to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Produce quotes and orders using the SAP system efficiently and accurately in line with current CCT expectations.
Follow up on any queries and ensure timely resolution.
Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth transition of customer orders.
Keep up to date with the company’s product and service offerings.
Identify opportunities to upsell our products and services.
Acknowledge & process customer complaints in line with current CCT expectations.

What we look for

Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
An eye for quality and consistency with a customer minded approach is essential.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience working in with SAP or other CRM system desirable but not essential.
Willingness to work towards KPIs as an individual and part of a team.
