Role description

To strengthen our team at our Reinach BL site, we are looking for several motivated and experienced machine operators.

Key responsibilites

Setup and independent start-up of complex production equipment according to work orders.
Monitoring ongoing production processes.
Initiating corrective actions in case of deviations.
Responsible for continuous quality control of products and documentation of results.
Operation of various forklift trucks and cranes for internal transport of raw materials and finished goods.

What we look for

Completed technical vocational training (e.g. as a plastics technologist or similar).
Several years of experience as a machine operator in a 3-shift system.
Forklift licence (an advantage).
Very good spoken and written German skills.
Independent, precise, and structured working style.
High level of commitment and reliability.
