Role description

Make an impact! To strengthen our small, dedicated HR team at our Reinach/BL location, we are looking for a structured, service-oriented, and motivated individual. Are people, numbers, and processes your thing? Then you are in the right place.

Key responsibilites

  • You are responsible for recording and maintaining employee and payroll changes in SAP.
  • You support, monitor, and analyze time tracking data.
  • You handle a variety of administrative HR tasks (confirmations, evaluations, reports).
  • You are the first point of contact (1st level support) for employees and managers regarding HR and payroll questions.
  • You actively contribute to digitalization and optimization projects within HR.
  • You report directly to the Head of HR Switzerland.

What we look for

  • Commercial education with additional HR-specific training or qualification.
  • Several years of HR experience, ideally with a focus on payroll and in an international environment.
  • Very good English skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and Word.
  • SAP experience is a significant advantage.
  • You work precisely, efficiently, and reliably, have a strong affinity for numbers, quick comprehension, and an analytical mindset.
  • You communicate clearly, in a service-oriented manner, and enjoy interacting with people.
