Role description

The mission of the Industrial Engineer we are looking for is to work as a Project Manager in investments, development and maintenance projects of machines, automations, infrastructure.

Key responsibilites

Ensures Project Management of assigned investment projects, coordinating internal and external resources.
Prepares the business cases for investment approval.
Defines and develops new processes specifications and objectives (Machinery).
Follows up the implementation of the new processes until the achievement in production of the targeted project goals.
Streamlines production processes through machinery optimization (Plastic injection molding).
Optimizes existing processes, with a focus on improving performance and reducing waste through technical modifications.
Collaborates to the definition of the plant layout.
Supports improvement actions in terms of safety of the production process and with a vision focused on continuous improvement.
Collaborates with maintenance and production departments, maximizing the success of implemented projects.

What we look for

Degree in Mechanical, Automation, or Industrial Engineering.
5 years in project management in industrial companies.
Lean background.
Fluent English.
Structured thinking.
