Role description

You are the first point of contact for customers and account managers and are responsible for the entire process of quotations and orders.

Key responsibilites

Preparing quotations and processing orders in SAP.
Proactively monitoring orders, deliveries, and framework agreements.
Informing and supporting customers with questions regarding their orders.
Close collaboration with colleagues in Belgium and the Netherlands.
Coordinating multiple orders with a strong sense of prioritization.
Supporting account managers and involving product specialists when necessary.

What we look for

At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or customer-oriented role.
Language skills: Dutch (native), French, and English.
An affinity for technology and a willingness to learn about our extensive product portfolio.
Customer-oriented, empathetic, and a strong communicator (also by phone!).
Able to work under pressure and flexible.
Reliable, solution-oriented, and digitally skilled.
Experienced with ERP systems; experience with SAP is a strong advantage.
