Role description

You are a technically skilled individual who is eager to take on responsibilities in production, reliably coordinate processes, and support the team in their day-to-day work. In addition to practical expertise, we are looking for someone with a structured approach to work, a commitment to quality, and an eye for opportunities to improve processes.

Key responsibilites

  • As a foreman, you will lead the production team, ensure that processes run smoothly and that our safety and quality standards are met, and optimize the shift schedule.
  • The fact that our customers have come to expect high quality is thanks to you, because you are an integral part of our manufacturing team. You operate, control, and monitor our production equipment for manufacturing timing belts.
  • You will also set up our machines and troubleshoot any issues. In addition, you will record the production steps in our ERP system.

  • Do you have a technical vocational degree or equivalent qualification and several years of professional experience?
  • You are used to working independently, have an eye for improvement, and are a strong team player with a keen focus on quality.
