The portfolio includes easy‑to‑use manual scissors, supporting applications that require Quickmelt joining and portable manual cutting tools suitable for belts up to 1000 or 1600 mm wide.

The portfolio ranges from simple, manual tool kits such as the A‑4201, to advanced devices for higher productivity and wider belts. Various die‑cutting geometries are available to match different belt types and applications.

Habasit skiving devices are designed to precisely prepare belt surfaces for Thermofix joining of non‑thermoplastic belts, ensuring optimal bonding conditions and reliable joint quality. The range supports accurate material removal, controlled surface finishing, and consistent preparation across different belt types, widths, and thicknesses, both in the workshop and on site.

The portfolio covers solutions from the AT‑60 manual skiving tool, based on a grinding disc for belts up to 60 mm wide and 2 mm thick, to more automated devices such as the A‑600 belt‑sander‑based unit for belts up to 600 mm wide and 6 mm thick.
