Role description

As a Customer Service / Customer Care employee (m/f/d), you are responsible for preparing tailored quotations, ensuring the timely processing of customer-specific orders, and handling complaints in a professional manner. In close and continuous coordination with the sales team, you invest in building personal and long-term customer relationships.

Key responsibilites

  • Our customers expect high quality standards – and you ensure this by creating individual quotations, ensuring timely execution of customer-specific orders, handling customer complaints, and coordinating with the respective sales team. We trust you from day one.
  • You engage with our customers by building personal relationships and processing individual inquiries in SAP via phone and email. This makes an impact.
  • You also maintain and expand our customer data in SAP and independently evaluate it according to various criteria. This creates transparency and clarity.

What we look for

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (e.g., industrial clerk or equivalent), several years of experience in order management, and a basic technical understanding, and are looking for a new long-term challenge where you can learn a lot? Then you are exactly right for us.
  • You work independently, in a structured, flexible, and reliable manner? You also have a good understanding of numbers and technical topics? Great – this helps both you and us master upcoming challenges.
