Role description

As a Product Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for the Plastics division, build trusting and long-term customer relationships, and identify individual needs with a strong sense of insight. In close and collaborative partnership with the management team, you develop strategic approaches and implement them in a goal-oriented manner to ensure sustainable revenue and long-term business success.

Key responsibilites

  • The fact that our customers are satisfied and accustomed to high quality is thanks to you: you maintain personal customer relationships and build new ones. You also know how to analyze specific customer needs and present tailored solutions. We place our trust in you from the very beginning.
  • You take on product responsibility for the Plastics division.
  • You make a significant impact by developing appropriate market strategies in direct cooperation with our Head of Business Unit and by monitoring the sales market and competitors. In doing so, you create transparency and structure.
  • Through your personal commitment, you achieve the planned sales and profit targets in your sales territory - and it shows.

What we look for

  • You have a degree in industrial engineering or a qualification as a technician/master craftsman (m/f/d) (or comparable), at least one year of experience in a similar position, and are looking for a new long-term challenge where you can learn a lot. Then you’ve come to the right place.
  • In addition, you enjoy working in a conceptual and strategic way and have a solid technical understanding, combined with an affinity for IT (MS Office, CRM systems, etc.). Great – this know-how will help you and us successfully master upcoming challenges.
  • You also have very good language skills in German and English - then you are an excellent fit for us!

What we offer

  • We want you to feel comfortable. Through intensive structured onboarding and training, you will quickly get to know your tasks and our company. You will become part of a strong team.
  • We value your work. You will receive attractive, performance-based compensation along with many additional benefits such as employee savings schemes, employer contributions to pension plans, additional private health insurance, meal subsidies in our canteen, free parking, bike leasing, free beverages, and more.
  • You will receive everything you need: office equipment including laptop, mobile phone, and tablet, as well as a neutral company car that you can also use privately.
  • This is how we keep things moving. You will be able to take on exciting challenges in a company with flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths.
