Role description

The role of the Representative Customer Care is to ensure smooth and efficient processing of customer orders by providing high-quality commercial and administrative support throughout the entire order lifecycle. The position focuses on building and maintaining strong customer relationships, coordinating internal processes across departments and international sites, and ensuring timely and accurate execution of orders. Through proactive communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail, the role contributes to customer satisfaction and overall operational efficiency.

Key responsibilites

  • Prepare commercial offers and coordinate the order fulfillment process.
  • Contact via email and telephone with Polish and/or international customers at every stage of order processing (answering questions, clarifying doubts, finding solutions.
  • Monitor the timeliness of order execution and delivery.
  • Issue invoices, corrective invoices, and duplicates.
  • Cooperate with other departments within the organization (including Habasit factories in other countries).
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Provide product or service information and guidance to customers.
  • Stay up to date with company products and policies.

What we look for


Your education and experience
  • University degree in Human Sciences.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Customer Care department.
  • Fluent in Polish (both verbal and written).
  • English - minimum B1 level.
