In doing so, you optimize processes, drive knowledge transfer and change initiatives forward, and act as the central interface between sales, production, and other internal departments.

Key responsibilites

  • You lead a motivated team of 3–4 employees and actively participate in day-to-day operational business. We trust you from day one.
  • You ensure knowledge transfer within your team and support as well as shape the change management process.
  • You ensure customer availability and compliance with customer-specific delivery dates in coordination with the production team. This makes an impact.
  • You act as a key user for our ERP system (SAP) and CRM system (SugarCRM).
  • You optimize and further develop existing customer and service processes and record, maintain, and evaluate customer and order data in SAP. This creates transparency and clarity.
  • You support customer-related topics and projects and work closely with industrial sales teams as well as departments such as application engineering, purchasing, accounting, and production.

What we look for

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (e.g., industrial clerk or equivalent), several years of experience in order management and ideally project management, as well as initial proven leadership experience, and are looking for a new long-term challenge? Then you are exactly right for us.
  • You are confident in using MS Office applications and already have solid experience with SAP and a CRM system. With this digital know-how, we can move the world forward together.
  • You bring entrepreneurial thinking, a strong hands-on mentality, an affinity for numbers, and strong technical understanding? Another reason for us to get to know each other.
  • You work in a structured and independent manner and have excellent communication and analytical skills. Your German and English skills are very good, and you may even have basic knowledge of French? Then you are a perfect fit for us.

What we offer

  • We want you to feel comfortable. Through structured onboarding and training, you will quickly get to know your tasks and our company. You will become part of a strong team.
  • We value your work. You will receive attractive, performance-based compensation along with many additional benefits such as employee savings schemes, employer contributions to pension plans, additional private health insurance, meal subsidies in our canteen, free parking, bike leasing, free beverages, and more.
  • This is how we keep things moving. You will be able to take on exciting challenges in a company with flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths.
