Role description

You are the first point of contact for customers and account managers and are responsible for the entire process of quotations and orders.

Key responsibilites

  • Preparing quotations and processing orders in SAP.
  • Proactively monitoring orders, deliveries, and framework agreements.
  • Informing and supporting customers with questions regarding their orders.
  • Close collaboration with colleagues in Belgium and the Netherlands.
  • Coordinating multiple orders with a strong sense of prioritization.
  • Supporting account managers and involving product specialists when necessary.

What we look for

  • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or customer-oriented role.
  • Language skills: Dutch (native), French, and English.
  • An affinity for technology and a willingness to learn about our extensive product portfolio.
  • Customer-oriented, empathetic, and a strong communicator (also by phone!).
  • Able to work under pressure and flexible.
  • Reliable, solution-oriented, and digitally skilled.
  • Experienced with ERP systems; experience with SAP is a strong advantage.
