Together with your team and the manufacturing departments, you will ensure product quality by handling customer and supplier complaints and independently compiling, analyzing, and presenting KPIs. In addition, you will drive continuous process improvements, implement them effectively, and maintain regular communication with international colleagues regarding complaint resolution and process optimization.
Key responsibilities
Together with your team of four, you will work closely with the production department to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards
You will handle customer and supplier complaints, analyze and evaluate relevant key performance indicators, and present your findings to production management.
You continuously refine processes, implement improvements together with your team, and take on responsibility from the very beginning.
Through collaboration with international colleagues, you will contribute your expertise to cross-site quality and process optimization efforts.
What we look for
You have successfully completed a technical degree or have a comparable qualification and have already gained professional experience in quality management or quality assurance at an industrial company.
Ideally, you have already gained some leadership experience - but this is not a requirement. What’s much more important is your ability to motivate and guide a team of four and work together to achieve common goals.
You stand out for your strong customer and service orientation as well as your solid technical understanding, and you maintain a clear overview even when dealing with complex issues.
You are comfortable using MS Office as part of your daily work routine. You also communicate confidently in German and English.
