Role description

You independently support optimization projects in production, conduct analyses to identify potential improvements, and work closely with various departments. In addition, you actively contribute to quality assurance tasks such as complaint handling, quality inspections, and corrective actions, gaining valuable insights into the processes of an internationally operating manufacturing company.

Key responsibilites

  • The continuous optimization of our production processes is driven by people like you - supporting projects and improvements in manufacturing. From day one, we place our trust in you.
  • You will take on independent and exciting tasks while collaborating with various departments. You will conduct evaluations and analyses to identify improvement potentials and help develop corresponding actions that move us forward.
  • You will also support the Quality Assurance team with responsibilities such as handling customer complaints, performing quality inspections, and contributing to the development of corrective measures.
  • This is a great opportunity to gain valuable insight into an international manufacturing company and deepen your understanding of Lean Management and quality processes.

What we look for

  • You are a student (m/f/d) in a technical field and are ready to independently and reliably take on new tasks on an ongoing basis? Or you are looking for an internship opportunity? Then you are the right fit for us.

  • First experience in Lean Management is helpful, as is prior experience in Quality Assurance - but neither is mandatory.
