• Train, support and collaborate with Sales, Customer Care, and Portfolio & Technology Development in identifying customer needs and innovative solutions fulfilling technical and application-related specifications considering sustainable total cost of ownership (STCO)
  • Attain and maintain deep industry knowledge of belting/conveying solutions, products & services, and customer applications in assigned industry segments(s)
  • Support and provide application engineering training for internal resources and customers
  • Leverage all available systems (CRM, ERP, etc.) to capture, track and manage customer issues, commercial activities, and problem resolution
  • Maintain knowledge of internal products, services, and updates and stay informed about competing products and servicesWork with Operations (fabrication & assembly) to identify and resolve any customer-related challenges and/or sales opportunities

  • Required - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Related Fields
  • Required – Minimum 3 years’ experience in Engineering and B2B industrial applications   
  • Required - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Required - Proficiency in English both written and verbal. 
  • Required – Experience in IT systems (CRM, SAP, ERP, MS Office, etc.)
  • Preferred - Operation experience (manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, etc.)
  • Preferred – Prioritization, organization, and time management skills
