Role description

This position is responsible for sales, identifying and driving strategic business development opportunities to contribute to the long-term growth and profitability.

Key responsibilites

  • Manage all sales channels including Distribution, OEM and End Users within assigned geography.
  • Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
  • Execute strategic territory analysis that clearly defines growth opportunities within the area.
  • Identify area opportunities, develop value proposition and programs to differentiate Habasit from the competition and drive revenue growth.
  • Analyzes and proposes pricing strategies for specific customers.
  • Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule.
  • Ensure customer’s performance and design specifications are met and prepare quotes.
  • Provide sales & technical support to customers.
  • Attend training seminars to develop knowledge of new products and applications.
  • Appraise competitive product advantages and disadvantages.
  • Develop product performance parameters for market requirements for product line additions or deletions.
  • Develop short term and long-term business plans to determine inventory levels, new product requirements, advertising requirements and sales literature needs.
  • Interface with Operations to investigate/suggest new equipment, tooling, and/or techniques to streamline and improve process.
  • Determines improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, products or service applications in customer environment; engineering or proposing changes in equipment and processes.

Education and Experience
  • Degree in Business Administration.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of Sales / Commercial experience in B2B industrial environment.
