Role description

The goal of the SAP SD Consultant is to support the development and constant improvement of the global SAP system. SAP SD Consultant works in close cooperation with Business Users and other HEBS Consultants all over the world.

Your main challenges

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • First and Second Level Support for SD Module
  • Analyze and solve bugs for live countries
  • Collect business requirements and prepare technical documentation
  • Customize and test request from business
  • Ensure overall template adherence for processes across all processes

Authorization:

  • Analysis and resolution of problems with the SAP system at the administrative and architecture level
  • Performing advanced and complex tasks in the SAP system
  • Customization and adaptation of SAP system settings and content depending on the needs
  • Support in creating long-term strategic goals in terms of correctness of data and system settings

What we look for

  • at least 5+ years of SAP functional experience
  • good understanding of SAP SD end-to-end processes
  • detail orientated with strong organizational skills.
  • very good knowledge of spoken and written English
  • ability to learn and support customized solutions
  • ability to translate customer requirements into technical requirements for the developer
  • good communication and customer service skills
  • good understanding of SAP SD end-to-end processes
  • familiarity with Solution Manager/Change Management of Transports in SAP (nice to have)
  • knowledge of other modules such as MM, PP (nice to have)
