Over five months, managers from across the globe came together to explore what it truly means to lead. From setting goals and giving meaningful feedback, to building psychological safety and developing emotional intelligence - the program covered the foundations that make leadership real and lasting.
Learning that goes beyond the course
The program was built on a blended learning model – structured, but human at its core. Alongside Habasit Academy courses, participants engaged in 1:1 conversations with their managers after each module, reflective exercises, and a dedicated digital community where learning continued between sessions. Global workshops brought people together to exchange experiences and best practices across regions. A global webinar led by an external expert rounded off the experience, offering fresh perspectives from outside our walls.
This approach was intentional: we wanted learning to happen not only in scheduled sessions, but in real everyday situations – through reflection, dialogue, and practice.
