On March 1, Habasit reached a remarkable milestone - 80 years since its foundation. On this day in 1946, Fernand and Alice Habegger officially registered the company as Habasit Technical Office in Basel, Switzerland, laying the cornerstone of what would become a global success story.

Today, we proudly begin our anniversary year, celebrating a legacy built on dedication, innovation, and collaboration. Over the past eight decades, Habasit has continuously evolved, expanding its presence and expertise to become a leading name in the belting industry worldwide.
