Role description

The purpose of our customer care advisors is to work as part of a team, supporting our sales team, engaging with customers via inbound calls and email, creating quotes, sales orders and customer enquiries, all with the aim of delighting our customers.

Your main challenges

  • Engaging with customer via inbound calls and emails
  • Generating quotes
  • Processing sales orders
  • Responding to customer queries
  • Working with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction


What we look for

  • Experience working within a customer care/service team
  • Ability to learn new products
  • Experience of SAP would be nice
  • Proficient in microsoft, and CRM software
  • Good english and maths
  • An outstanding communicator both verbally and written
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Accuracy, pace & attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn
