Role description

The mission of the Manager of Commercial Enablement is to uplift our commercial ways of working by providing best-in-class strategic and operational guidance on commercial processes and tools, trainings and playbooks to our global and local teams, with a clear focus on creating direct customer impact and value as well as on realizing productivity gains. As part of the Commercial Excellence team, the person acts as a ‘best-practice-ambassador’ and drives the evolution of the commercial organization, while ensuring customer centricity and focus. The person in this role collaborates globally to ensure excellent commercial execution under the guidance of the Head of Commercial Excellence. The person will be dedicated to the task full time (100%).

Your main challenges

  • Lead and execute on the following commercial enablement focus areas:

    Commercial processes and tools

    • ̵Define, own and develop Habasit’s End-to-End Sales process, centered around customer value creation as well as next-level productivity gains, driving towards true digital customer interaction and process automation, while optimizing the sales tools needed to uplift our business performance (e.g., SugarCRM)

    Commercial training

    • Create and implement globally consistent, role-specific learnings paths and training curriculums for the commercial organization, providing best practices, knowledge, tools and resources in collaboration with Global HR

      Commercial playbooks

    • Develop a set of commercial playbooks as the go-to guide for the respective commercial processes (e.g. Value Proposition Definition, Product & Market Launch) and establish an easy-to-access / -navigate playbook library and drive the adoption across the organization


  • Support and participate in Commercial Strategy projects and initiatives

What we look for

Education and experience

  • University degree in business administration (4-years degree, reputable university)
  • Experience working in an industrial B2B company
  • Experience in working an advanced B2B commercial excellence function
