Role description
The Global function Human Resources provides services and process support to the Habasit organization on a global scope. Under the supervision of a Global HR business Partner the student will support the Global HR team in the roll-out of a compensation and benefits project across all entities within the Habasit Belting Division, and in other tasks that may provide good exposure to the overall field of human resources management. For the best possible learning experience, the preferably mandatory internship should cover a period of 5-6 months with 60-100% dedication.
Your main challenges
- Assist in the implementation of the compensation and benefits project
- Support the regional and local HR teams in rolling-out the project within their countries
- Conduct training sessions, follow-up calls and ensure close and continous follow-up
- Provide support in other related HR topics (e.g.,talent acquisition, succession planning, people development process)
What we look for
- Students (m/f/divers) in the following fields of study:Human Resources Management or Business Adminstration, ideally at Master’s Degree level (Bachelor Degree would also be considered)
- Strong knowledge in the area of human resources
- Understanding of the industrial field within an international environment
- Good knowledge in MS Office tools
- Fluent in English language (both written and spoken)
- Systematic thinker (detail-oriented. structured, self organized)
- Self-confident, autonomous and problem-solver, who wants to make impact
- High social competence and ability to collaborate across functions and regions in a multi-cultural environment
- Team player, strong comunication sklills, pleasant in dealing with other people
