General scope of the position

The purpose of this role is to ensure stable, efficient and streamlined SAP processes for our international production units already running SAP ERP (CH, IT), as well as to participate to the deployment of our SAP solution to production units not yet on SAP.

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st and 2nd level support for our SAP users at our production units in CH & IT for the module MM, WM, QM, PP-PI, SD on ECC 6.0, as well as in the area of master data management using SAP MDG.
  • Drive an active Change Management in collaboration with the Global Process Owner, using Incidents and Change Requests in SAP Solution Manager
  • Participate as team member to international SAP rollout projects to bring our SAP template to the production units not yet running SAP (IT, GB, IND)
  • Create and maintain process and user documentation (MS Office).

Education and Experience

  • > 5 years’ experience in designing or supporting SAP solutions as external consultant or as member of an internal SAP Competence Center.
  • Good knowledge in SAP PP-PI module and at least 2 of the SAP modules MM, WM, QM, SD on ECC 6.0 is mandatory. Basic understanding in FI-CO would be an advantage.
  • ABAP and ABAP-OO skills are definitely a big advantage.
