He/She provides Technical Support for Customers and Distributors to define the best solution, collaborating with Sales Dept.
He/She reports to Application Engineer Manager.

Key Responsibilities
He/She analyses customers needs and defines solutions that satisfy their needs.
Visits customers with Sales team, if necessary, to understand customers’ needs and to find solutions to particular issues
Supports Customer Care dept for technical issues
Collaborates with Fabrication to identify the best solution for Customers
Analyzes and solves problems related to products or applications
Provides Technical Training to colleagues
In case of returns for non-compliance, collaborates with Quality Assurance in the analysis of non-conformities, from a technical/application point of view

Education & Background
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum experience in an after-sales service or technical assistance

Knowledge on manufacturing and production processes (plastic)
Knowledge of CAD
Knowledge of products
Good Knowledge of MS Office e di excel
Fluent English written and spoken
