• Accountable for activities to achieve long-term and annual business goals for the product line and leads product projects and programs
  • Operates more frequently at the strategic level generating ideas for growth/change  
  • Conducts portfolio and yearly pricing analysis and makes decisions to enhance value proposition, profits and sustain competitive advantages
  • Monitors business results and takes actions to ensure value is delivered
  • Develops price lists, customer special pricing, approves promotional price programs
  • Leads efforts to improve functionality and accuracy of product data in IT applications and systems
  • Liaison to Sales and Logistics teams for S&OP
  • Guides, advises and assists Product Specialists with daily product support especially for customer special price evaluation and inquiries for large or strategic accounts
  • Requests new product development and leads local release of new products and enhancements following the market launch process
  • Identifies slow moving and obsolete material and effectively implements product end of life 
  • Develops product related documentation and provides proactive communication of product information to Sales and Customer Care
  • Provides external product training upon request including disseminating application knowledge and competitive advantages
  • Advocates for the Marketing and Technical Services team with other groups within Habasit such as transfer price negotiation
  • Has deep product and belting market knowledge and is dedicated to professional development and achievement
  • This position reports to the Head of Marketing and Technical Services; other duties as assigned

  • Required – Bachelor’s Degree in an analytically oriented and/or technology oriented discipline  
  • Required – Advanced proficiency using all MS Office tools, especially Excel
  • Required – At least five to seven years of work experience in a highly quantitative and analytical role    
  • Required – High level of self-motivation, hands-on spirit and eagerness for challenging tasks and projects
  • Required – High attention to detail and good communication skills
  • Required – Proven success leading complex projects and market launches
  • Prefered –  Belting experience
  • Preferred – MBA
