Role description

The Global Human Resources function provides services and process support to the Habasit organization worldwide. Under the supervision of the Specialist Global Talent Management, the intern will support the Global HR team in the roll-out and implementation of the Habasit Academy initiative and a compensation and benefits project that will impact all entities within the Habasit Belting Division. Based on the intern's strengths and competencies, they will be asked to perform additional tasks within Talent Management and Operative HR, ranging from conceptual to hands-on work. The internship will cover a period of 6 months with 100% dedication.

Your main challenges

  • Assist in the implementation of a Learning Management System
  • Assist in the implementation of a Content Aggregator System
  • Assist in the development and implementation of various Talent Management initiatives: Communites of Practice, Learning and Employer Branding campaigns, global onboarding process
  • Assist in the implementation of the compensation and benefits project
  • Support the regional and local HR teams in the project roll-out within their countries
  • Conduct training sessions and follow-up calls
  • Provide support in other related HR topics as they arise

What we look for

  • Student or post-graduate (m/f/d) from the following fields of study: Human Resources Management, Business Adminstration, Psychology, or related fields, ideally at Master’s Degree level (Bachelor's Degree would also be considered)
  • Experience in HR or business consulting
  • Experience in MS Office tools, in particular PowerPoint and Excel. SharePoint is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • Systematic thinker: Detail-oriented, structured, and organized
  • Strong communication skills: Pleasant , confident, and clear when collaborating with others
