Is modular belting noisy?

Noise depends on the following:

• Speed
• Belt pitch (the smaller, the better)
• Belt material (the softer, the better: PE best, PP better than POM)
• Sprocket size (the larger, the better)

Thanks to its double row teeth, HabasitLINK is in general less noisy than other modular belts.
