Update on Habasit service to customers in current pandemic situation

Habasit is fully committed to providing an undisrupted level of service to our customers during the current COVID-19 pandemic. We want to share this important information on measures we are taking to ensure safe supplies.
As an important supplier to essential industries such as food, beverage and materials handling, and a globally operating company, we leverage our international capacity to ensure uninterrupted realization of customers’ orders. Our teams coordinate their activities with increased intensity, to keep the highest service standards and react fast to the changing situation worldwide.
Habasit maintains a high level of inventory of finished products at our affiliated companies around the globe. We are in ongoing contact with our suppliers to identify in advance any potential shortages of raw material supply and are taking countless actions to assure continuity in product deliveries.
In order to support the efforts to minimize the spread of the virus, we have actively implemented Smart Working policies for all employees who can work from home. Our production employees can access their workplace. All employees are trained to strictly follow recommended hygiene measures such as washing and disinfecting hands and follow social distancing recommendations.
With an uninterrupted logistics chain and trucks having full access to our plants for incoming and outgoing products we are well equipped to maintain continued level of service.
