Role description

The mission of the Specialist Strategic Projects is to provide support in the implementation, design, planning, monitoring and facilitation of strategic projects and to support execution of select projects. 
The person in this role collaborates globally to ensure excellent execution of strategic projects under the guidance of the Habasit leadership team. The person will be dedicated to the task full time (100%).

Your main challenges

Support the Strategic Projects Manager on all aspects of assigned projects
Provide project analytical and operational support.
Actively contribute to strategic projects as part of the working teams on prioritized strategic project initiatives
Create and maintain project plans and timelines, including determining tasks, due dates and milestones
Analyze and monitor progress and advise on timely corrective actions for proper operational project delivery
Create and maintain project documentation including all pertinent design documents, project report, project presentations, process flows, reports, project descriptions, KPI’s, etc. 
Ensure resources are used and allocated in line with the budget and timeline and devise cost-effective ways to execute project tasks
Support in coordinating relevant change management activities
Administer project management software and collaboration tools and platforms (e.g., MS Office 365)

What we look for

Education and experience
University degree preferably in Business Administration, or Engineering discipline (4 years degree)
Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in supporting and executing project management activities
Knowledge of project management, collaborations tools, and MS Office 365
