Dough forming belt is new from Habasit

A specialty food processing belt from Habasit America features high lateral rigidity to accommodate higher loads of increasing processing widths trending in dough forming.

Hydrolysis resistance eliminates sticking and accumulation on the belt while chemical and abrasion resistance maintain cover uniformity and thickness. The durability and cleanability of the EMB-12EMCH-NFL processing belt reduce maintenance costs and keep production lines running reliably. A cobalt blue matte surface of thermoplastic polyurethane covers a polyester (PET) traction layer, providing longitudinal flexibility for excellent tracking and transversal rigidity for increased load support.
