All the belts were replaced by CNB-5E from the Cleanline range as a first approach. The CNB-type is very suitable for sticky dough, but it proved not to be the ideal solution for this specific kind of dough.
The definitive solution was found when Cleanline type CNW-5E was tested and it found to fit all the customer's machines. There are no cracks on the surface anymore, and the release behavior is excellent.
